  • How to recover the password?

    To recover a lost password, click "Forgot your password?" on the login page of the control panel. A link to reset your password will be sent to the email address provided during registration on Admost. Click the link in the email and enter your new password.

    This time is set by the channel administrator and is specified in the tariff.

  • What is the amount of commission for Admost?

    You pay only the price specified in the plan on the channel.

  • How can I track the status of my offers?

    The assigned tasks are available in Offers > Outgoing.

    All offers have a status that makes it clear at what stage your application is located.

  • How long does the channel administrator respond to ad offers?

    All administrators respond to ad offers at different speed.

  • Can I complain to the channel or its owner for failure to comply with conditions?

  • What is the difference between Telegram and Business account?

    Now the business account is an alternative for advertisers who do not want to connect their Telegram account to Admost.

    In the future, we will significantly expand the functionality of the platform and the differences between the accounts will be much more significant.

  • What kind of "Active" offers and what offers go there?

    The list of «active» includes the following offers:

    • - all pending offers (status Pending).
    • - all offers with status Confirmed until the advertising post is removed from the channel. If the post in the channel feed is forever, then the offers disappears from the list after 24 hours.
  • What does the date "Answer no later than" mean?

    This is the date and time to which the administrator must respond to your proposal, otherwise it will be automatically canceled, and the money will be returned to your balance.

    For example, you need an advertising post to be published on the channel on December 16 at 12:00 and you want to know the day before its publication that it will appear on the channel.

    Then you change the date "answer no later than" from December 16, 12:00 to December 15, 12:00 - if before this time the administrator does not respond to your proposal, it will be automatically canceled.

  • How to withdraw money?
